Starting with the fact that hiring a full-time senior-level designer now surpasses $100,000 annually, not to mention additional benefits, and the scarcity of available candidates, there's also the challenge of keeping them occupied consistently, resulting in paying for idle time. Opting for the monthly plan allows you to pause and resume your subscription as necessary, ensuring you only pay for design services when you have active projects.
Upon subscription, you have the flexibility to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, each of which will be delivered sequentially at your convenience.
Typically, most requests are fulfilled within a rapid turnaround of two days or less, although more intricate tasks may necessitate additional time for completion.
It might come as a surprise, but DesignBuddy operates as a solo agency, meaning you'll collaborate directly with me, the founder of DesignBuddy.
Recognizing that you may not consistently have a full month's worth of design work, especially if you currently only have one or two requests, our subscription offers the flexibility to pause your service.
Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days before pausing, the remaining 10 days of your billing cycle can be used at any point in the future.
DesignBuddy provides extensive flexibility in design requests through Trello. Clients commonly submit requests directly via Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record briefs via Loom videos for those who prefer a more visual approach. Essentially, any content that can be linked to or shared within Trello is acceptable for submission.

Certainly. DesignBuddy excludes the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (such as medical forms), complex packaging, and extensive print design (including magazines and books).
